Freebuss facilitates the booking and tracking of intercity parcels via bus networks from Kolkata. We dedicate ourselves to making sure your parcels reach their destinations as safely and quickly as possible. When you book with us, you are agreeing to let us manage this logistics process on your behalf.
2. Your Trust and Parcels
We ask that you kindly provide accurate details regarding the weight, contents, and receiver information for your parcels. This helps us ensure the right bus is chosen and the receiver gets their package without a hitch. For the safety of our staff and passengers, we ask that you please avoid sending prohibited, hazardous, or illegal materials.
3. Payments and Delivery
We aim to keep our pricing fair and accessible. Payments collected at the Esplanade Hub are processed securely. While we do everything in our power to stick to our expected arrival times, we hope you understand that some factors (like traffic or weather) are occasionally out of our control. We appreciate your patience during these rare occasions.
4. Receiver Verification
To protect your shipment, receivers are required to provide the unique OTP generated upon the parcel's arrival. This is our way of making sure your goods end up in the right hands. We respectfully ask that receivers keep their tracking links and OTPs secure.
